Our current premium flavours include...
Spiced apple crumble - spiced apple cake, apple compote, biscoff buttercream and spiced oat crumble topping.
Lemon Meringue pie - Lemon cake, zesty lemon curd, vanilla bean buttercream, crushed meringue, and a biscuit base crumble
Espresso martini - vanilla and coffee flavoured cake soaked in coffee syrup, with a baileys buttercream, cocoa dusting, and caramel drizzle
Pavlova - vanilla bean cake with a passionfruit curd, vanilla bean buttercream, crushed meringue and fresh fruit pieces
Pina colada cake - coconut cake, pineapple compote, creamy coconut filling, coconut buttercream
Ferrero Rocher - Chocolate and hazelnut cake, chocolate ganache, Nutella buttercream, and chopped Ferrero rochers
